In 1992 he had an opportunity to\nbe a student of Sir James Galway. He described Evcil as &#8216;one of the\nbest flutists of his generation.&#8217;<\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: 100%\"><br>\n\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: 100%\"><font face=\"Aroania\">Between\n2000-2005 he worked as a flute group conductor in Istanbul State\nOpera and Ballet. Currently, he is a flute group chief at the\nIstanbul State Symphony Orchestra and a solo flutist at the Borusan\nIstanbul Philharmonic Orchestra. Evcil, also took part in many\ninternational orchestras such as Italian International Symphony\nOrchestra, Sao Paulo State Symphony Orchestra and Arturo Toscanini\nPhilharmonic Orchestra under the conductor of Lorin Maazel as a solo\nflutist and 1st flutist.<\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: 100%\"><br>\n\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: 100%\"><font face=\"Aroania\">Evcil\nis internationally-acclaimed for his expressive skills, had been\ninvited as a guest artist, and gave many solo festivals worldwide.\nSome of the most prestigious festivals are the Italian International\nFlute Festival, Flautomania Teatro Alla Scala in Milano, Italy,\nSlovenian international flute Festival, Slovenia, French flute\nfestival in Nice and Serbian int. Flute festival Belgrade, Serbia.\nPristine flute festival, Kosovo, NFA flute conventions Head Liner\nconcerts in San Diego and New York, America. He also conducted many\nmasterclasses worldwide.<\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: 100%\"><br>\n\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: 100%\"><font face=\"Aroania\">Evcil\nhas significant contributions to expand the popularity of his\ninstrument, Flute, and has the ambition to represent his music and\nhis country, Turkey, at the international music arena. He is awarded\nby&#8221; Classical Music Magazine ANDANTE&#8221; The Best woodwind\nplayer of 2010 in TURKEY.<\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: 100%\"><br>\n\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: 100%\"><font face=\"Aroania\">As\na prodigious recording artist, and he has three main recordings.
